Terms of Service
Last updated: September 9, 2026.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Savoir-Faire Event Planning website, or by placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Please read them carefully.
Using the site
Savoir-Faire Event Planning provides a site where you can browse and order flowers and related services, and request consultations for weddings and events. Information, photographs, and product descriptions are provided for your convenience. We do our best to keep content accurate, but we are not responsible for third-party content or services linked from our site. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.
Orders, pricing, and availability
Prices, products, and availability are subject to change without notice, and all orders are subject to our acceptance. Because every arrangement is handcrafted with fresh seasonal product, occasional substitutions may be necessary; when that happens, we preserve the overall style, theme, and value of the arrangement you selected. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled or that violate our policies.
Payment
Orders are processed through our secure checkout provider. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information, and you authorize the charge for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and delivery fees.
Delivery and service area
Deliveries are fulfilled within our stated service area. Delivery dates and time windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, recipient availability, or venue access. For addresses outside our local radius, we may arrange fulfillment through a partner florist in our relay network.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Savoir-Faire Event Planning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from delays or issues outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law. If something is not right with your order, please contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
